TD Bank continues to innovate in how it delivers a convenient banking experience to Small Business Owners, who often are too pressed for time to come into a store. At the end of June, TD launched an online application for lines of credit, term loans, leases or CREM (Commercial Real Estate Mortgage) loans up to $100,000 that can be filled out and submitted at any time, from any computer. This guided application process takes less than 15 minutes to complete, and all submitted applications are assigned immediately to a local Small Business Specialist. The business owner then receives a decision on their application in two business days.

TD's new online application process offers features for small businesses that many other financial institutions do not. Applications can be submitted for a single owner entity or multiple owner entities, are fully ADA accessible, and are available for existing and new customers. The new application allows TD to continue to offer low interest rates and competitive terms while providing a quicker application experience.

TD's online loan application is available here.
